You see the warmth, light, life inside, but you're excluded, separated, left behind. It can feel like a cold, lonely, desolate existence, isolated, abandoned, forgotten.

Both states mirror, reflect, share a sense of helplessness, powerlessness, resignation. They are limitations, boundaries, walls that prevent us from fully experiencing, connecting, participating in the world around us.
